* Friends passport copy (2) * Passport size photos (2) - these can be scanned by your friend and then emailed. You can then take them to a photo place here and they will print for you. *Copy of your passport and residency. (Bring the original passport with you as well) *Cash (780 AED for visa, typing and insurance, 1020 AED deposit...1000 of which is refundable when they leave) *A copy of your work contract
Go to the General Directory of Residency (Beside the Bur Dubai Police Station - hours are 7:30am to 8:00pm) Go to the typing center first to get the visa typed up for you. Go inside the main building with your visa and have it registered and pay your deposit. You will receive the visa on the spot. Take the visa to the airport at least two hours but not more thatn 24 hours before your company arrives and make sure you have have a photocopy of it as they will also stamp that. (you will need to pay a 40 AED to have it brought back to your friend)
Your friend should have a scanned copy of their visa as they come through.
